    Some of you might be wondering, 'What is a Team Member Forum? and what did I miss?

    Team members, this is your opportunity to meet with your Brady Group peers!  This is a brand new event that we kicked off last year based on YOUR feedback from our live events. Amy facilitates, but our team-only forums are led by YOUR burning issues and questions.  You choose the topics and come ready to share and learn from each other. 

     Here's what makes it amazing... 

    • The Team Members -
      • You all showed up to participate! 
      • You engaged - cameras were ON!
      • You made time on your schedule to work ON the practice.
    • The Questions (this is a sampling from the last few forums) - 
      • With so many hands in the schedule, how do we keep others from moving patients that have already been scheduled according to our template?
      • What 3rd Party financing are others using successfully (besides care credit)?
      • How do we keep PM huddles short and to the point?
      • How do we keep morale strong, especially if we aren't meeting Go Point?
      • What's the best way to handle late patients?
      • How do you handle Additional Earned Income distribution if team members miss days during the cycle?
      • How do you explain to patients why you have opted out of PPO's?
      • What do you do when patients don't confirm their appointments?
      • What's the best book for team work and motivation?
    • The Solutions - 
      • YOU came up with the solutions. It's interesting how clear the answer can be from an objective viewpoint.
      • Solutions shared from our peers that are in the trenches is sooooo valuable.  

    I'm constantly reminded of how blessed we are here at the Brady Group with amazing group doctors and team members in our community!

    Here's what we see during our events - 

    • No scarcity mentality - No one is trying to protect their 'secret sauce'.  They realize that everyone has the opportunity to succeed, and you are generous with your support of others in the BG community.
    • Transparency -  You are 'real' with your peers.  There's a culture of trust that's been established within the Brady Group that supports brutal honesty.  We see you showing vulnerability.  We also see you holding each other accountable. 
    • NO BCD - You take personal responsibility with out blaming or complaining about your doctor, patients or other team members.
    • Solution-focused Conversation 

    I've heard from a handful of you that haven't participated that it doesn't work well with your schedule...

    • We send out a survey prior to every team forum asking for input on the best timing and do our best to accommodate the majority based on time zones.  
    • Those who attend put it on their calendar well ahead of time -just like your regularly scheduled zoom with Amy, or any other Brady Group event, they don't schedule patients during this time. 

     Why don't we record the team forums?

    • The objective of team forums is connection and discussion. That can't happen watching the recording. 
    • One of the guidelines of our team forums is that you contribute.  That can't happen watching the recording. 

    Future team forums will occur monthly (with the exception of months in which team events are already scheduled).  Check out our calendar for upcoming dates/times!
